Booking Terms and Conditions
for Short-Term Holiday Accommodation
SUBLIME VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C (trade number 1123623) (“the Booking Agent”) accepts reservations for short-term holiday accommodation under the following booking terms and conditions.
We aim to make your stay in Dubai enjoyable and memorable. To ensure this, please familiarize yourself with the rules set by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). These guidelines maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for both guests and residents.
Our holiday homes are located in family-friendly residential areas. We kindly ask that you and your visitors respect this and behave accordingly. Respecting the neighborhood’s peaceful atmosphere ensures that everyone enjoys their experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We hope you have a fantastic stay!

Cancellation Policy for Short-Term Holiday Accommodation
Bookings scheduled to arrive within two (2) months are non-refundable. For bookings more than two months in advance, we offer a refund minus an AED 500 cancellation fee, or you can keep the full amount as credit for future use with no cancellation fee.
Rental Agreement for Short-Term Holiday Accommodation
The rental contract is between the Guest and the Property Owner. The Booking Agent acts solely as an intermediary. The contract becomes effective upon written confirmation from the Booking Agent to the Guest.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available if requested in advance. We will review and try to accommodate your request.
Pets Policy
Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Security Desk
The security desk in the lobby is unable to assist with reservation inquiries.
Cleaning Policy
We provide cleaning services before check-in and after check-out. For additional cleaning during your stay, please request it, and we will arrange it for an extra fee.
No Parties Policy for Holiday Accommodation
Occupancy must not exceed the maximum allowed capacity. Each bedroom accommodates one adult and one child. If your visitor count exceeds this number, we will cancel the reservation without a refund. Please inform us if you plan to have extra guests. Visitors cannot stay between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the units is strictly prohibited. Each unit includes a smoke detector. If the alarm is triggered, or smoke is detected, we will cancel your reservation immediately and charge AED 500 for a service call and AED 500 per day for cleaning.
Access Card
Please keep your access card safe. A replacement fee of AED 500 will apply if lost.
Security Deposit
We may require a security deposit for your stay. The deposit will be refunded within seven working days after check-out.
Vehicle Parking
Please use designated parking spaces to avoid blocking access to other properties.
Swimming Pool Policy
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please adhere to these times to respect our neighbors.
Termination for Unreasonable Behavior
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement if you or your guests negatively impact others’ comfort or well-being. If this happens, you must vacate the property immediately without a refund.
Indemnification Clause
The Guest agrees to indemnify the Owner and Sublime Holiday Homes for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their stay on the property or incidents occurring on the premises.
Waiver of Legal Proceedings
The Guest waives any rights to legal proceedings in any jurisdiction, including UAE courts, related to their stay on the property. This waiver is irrevocable.
